How to make iPhone Apps and Influence People Musings on the iPhone development process

About this blog

JCMultimedia Design LogoI'm Jesse Collis and I run my own small freelance web development  business 'JC Multimedia Design' and over the last twelve months I have been living in Beijing, and Seoul. I'm current living in Melbourne Australia and work between Korea and Australia. In the final months of 2009 I built the Seoul City Metro iPhone application. Most of my time at the moment is spent working on new iPhone ideas and promotion. I want to use this blog as a way of publishing insight into the iPhone development process as well as updates on my various projects.  During the second half of 2010 I plan to expand into more full scale mobile development, expanding to other platforms.

I winge a lot on Twitter, and am trying really hard to become useful at blogging. I have had many attempts...

  • #1 "Distracted Enthusiasm" a DIY Ruby on Rails blog I built/started years ago that will soon direct here. I loved the name and want to use it again soon.
  • #2 The Netocracry is now is exclusively Steven Miller's blog but you can see some of my posts there about PHP.
  • #3 Tumblr lasted about 3 hours, but I follow a few people on there...

You can contact me at jesse [at] jcmultimedia.com.au or by commenting somewhere on this blog.

Social web things I participate in include Stack Overflow, Twitter and Delicious.

I'm also on Facebook, but I don't take that sersiously beyond the Seoul City Metro Fan Page
