How to make iPhone Apps and Influence People Musings on the iPhone development process

JC Multimedia Design is me, Jesse Collis; a one man iOS development shop out of Melbourne. I studied Design (Multimedia Systems) at RMIT in Melbourne and worked as a back end web developer before starting to develop iOS apps full time in mid 2009 .

My most notable solo project to date is my Seoul City Metro iOS application I released in December 2009 while living in Seoul. It's getting a bit tired now and needs a 2.0 release - but since then I've published four other City Metro Apps plus a hand-full of other apps under contract for clients in Korea. There's also a few more ideas in the pipe line for 2011.

I am currently contracting at REA Group in Melbourne, but as one of a growing number of independent developers in Melbourne I'm always keen to catch up with like minded people who do similar things. I've attended a number of TEDx events, I'm a regular at the monthly  Melbourne Cocoaheads meets and most recently I attended my first #socialMelb coffee morning. When I'm not on site, I like to spend Thursdays at 1000 Pound Bend co-working over coffe.

I'm also trained in Stack Overflow, GitHub and SlideShare.
